济南火龙热陶瓷有限责任公司新开发的陶瓷纤维复合绝热板，选用性能优异的气凝胶隔热材料和具有热屏蔽功能的功能性材料，适配以粘结剂及多种无机元素，以耐高温陶瓷纤维为增强材料，经特殊工艺制备。该绝热材料具有的纤细纳米网孔结构，可以有效降低材料的固态热传导，丰富的纳米孔结构有效抑制气体分子的对流传导，加之功能性材料对热辐射的吸收、反射，可以使材料在600℃时的导热系数在0.030w/m.k左右，与目前常用的绝热保温材料相比绝热效果可提高2-10倍。

Ceramic Fiber Composite Insulation Board is the latest products of Jinan Huolong Thermal Ceramics Co.,Ltd. It is synthesized by special technics, chooseing silicon aerogel of excellent property , functional materials of heat shield, adhesive and a variety of  inorganic elements,in which ceramic fiber is adoted as reinforcing material.This material owns thermal conductivity as low as 0.030 w/m.k at 600℃. Its thin nano-mesh structure can effectively reduce the m heat conduction of solid-state, rich nano-pore structure inhibit the convection conduction of gas molecules, with functional materials absorption, reflection to the thermal radiation .
