◎陶纤机制板与挡火板强度高于纤维毯与真空成型毡，适用于对产品有刚性强度要求的应用领域。另外，根据应用需求，有更高容重的真空成型陶纤板产品，板的隔热性能、耐磨性能及强度有进一步的提高。

◎高纯陶纤挡火板适用于温度为1260℃的大多数应用环境，其独特的配方使其在大于1000℃的环境下性能得到加强。

◎陶纤挡火板是采用特定的耐火添加剂生产的高强纤维板材。此产品质地坚韧、耐压强度高，具有优越的耐高温性能及优良的支撑力；可做为工业窑炉温度区间挡火隔热的优良耐材。

◎陶纤机制板与挡火板配方中包含有少量的有机结合剂来增强其冷态强度，在大约200到300℃次灼烧时有机物就可被烧掉。
